BUDOKAN UK

Strong in hand, kind in heart
Budokan took its name from the famous Budokan in Japan and began in 1958, in South Africa and teaches a philosophy that the traditional martial arts of Japan had initially the same beginning and ultimately the same objective – to strive for a deeper understanding of oneself and of others and it is this philosophy that has evolved and expanded to become what Budokan UK teaches today.
